All stays require a two night Minimum
except Holidays which require a 3 night Minimum.
Extended stay is discounted as well as frequent renters.
Until confirmed, these rates are subject to change
without notice.
You must be over the age of 24 to rent our home.
Rates are based on up to six person
occupancy. Occupancy by more than eight persons is not permitted.
An additional charge of $15 per person per night will be added to your
cost.
No Smoking. No Pets.
Check-in is 4:00 pm. Check-out is at 11:00 am.
Linens and towels are included in the above rates.
An advance security deposit of $200 is required to reserve our home.
Payment in full is required 30 days prior to your stay. The
deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received 30 days prior to scheduled
arrival. If you cancel within 30 days of your scheduled stay we will
attempt to find another renter. If successful we will refund your deposit
except for $50 which will be retained for the additional advertising costs.
Unfortunately, weather conditions are beyond our control, and we will not refund
deposits for this reason.
